The right to Due Process and a Fair Trial is one of the pillars of our democratic system. However, this right can only be protected through legal expertise, attention to detail, and restless commitment.
I graduated in Law by the UAB, completing a postgraduate degree in criminal law by the ICAB and a master's degree in criminology and legal sociology by the UB. I specialized in criminal law, focusing on the prosecution and defense of Human rights, Hate crimes, Cases against public order, Crimes against property, Injuries, Organized crime, Homicide, Violence, Falsehoods and Fraud, Cannabis, Drugs, Alcoholism and Road Safety, Prison Regime and Migration Law, among others. I practice law across the Spanish geography, with special focus on the province of Barcelona.
I believe that the practice of Law can be a way of transforming society, both through guaranteeing (and expanding) the rights of my defendants and through political advocacy, by encouraging social debate and a critical view of the system.
I collaborate as a lawyer with several national and international initiatives for the defense of human rights in Spain and abroad. I frequently speak at conferences and actively participate in the press through TV and radio collaborations as well as written articles, to encourage debate and spread awareness of legal, political and criminology issues.
